For over 60 years stem cells have been used to treat patients with conditions such as Leukemia and lymph node cancer. This is know as a bone marrow transplant, using Mesenchymal Stem Cells ( MSC's ). Today these MSC's have been found and are now harvested from a patients own fat, activated and simply returned. These Fat derived Stem Cells are used in the treatment of a wide range of conditions with positive and encouraging results.
AdiLight-2 Has Been Used to Activate Stem Cells Since 2008
Photoactivation Technology has also been used for activating adipose-derived stem cells ( ASC's ) for therepeutic and regenerative application since 2008. ASC's lie dormant within adipose tissue and it requires photoactivation for them to "awaken" and come into full functionality and begin self-renewal by cell division and formation of other cell types by differentiation and transdifferentiation.
The very high volume of ASC's in adipose tissue means there is no need to culture in a laboratory for days to achieve " therapeutic threshold" i.e. therapeutic benefit. Harvesting ASC's is done through a simple, minimally invasive lipoaspiration. The process is relativitely easy and painless and poses minimal risk to the patient. It is a single procedure in a sterile setting.

Prior to photoactivation, stem cell treatmennts require the use of a proprietary " Cell Extraction Medium" to isolate stem cells from the fat. Doctors need to be given some initial guidance/training in the cell extraction and activation procedure. This can be arranged through JirehStem.
There are NO Ethical or Moral issues in harvesting stem cells from a patient's own adipose fat tisue.
